Under the general direction of the Director, Public Procurement, the Public Procurement Administrator is responsible for providing the necessary administrative support. This includes customer service, records management, drafting of correspondence / documents disposition and resolution.

Planning, monitoring and the implementation of infrastructure projects and programmes of the National Education Trust (NET).

To provide estimates and manage all costs related to assigned projects in order to facilitate the execution of the infrastructure projects and programmes of the National Education Trust (NET).

The Clerk of Works shall function primarily as a site quality and compliance monitor and shall support the Infrastructure Management Unit by observing and reporting on construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, occupational safety requirements, and approved construction methodologies.
