This report presents the status of the Hurricane Melissa School Infrastructure Recovery Programme as of July 20, 2026. The programme covers 688 schools across seven administrative regions, managed jointly by the National Education Trust (NET) Infrastructure Management Unit and the Technical Services Unit (TSU) of the Ministry of Education, Skills, Youth and Information (MoESYI). This update compares performance against the June 30, 2026 financial baseline and the corrected July 6, 2026 construction data.
